Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
1.Responsible for delivering results that contribute to the mission and
overall success of the hotel.

2.Responsible for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
在總經(jīng)理休息期間,酒店經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)酒店事宜。
3.Develop, recommend, implement and manage the operational department’s annual
and long term goals.
制定、推薦、實施和管理運(yùn)營部門的年度和長期目標(biāo)。
4.Ensure that all operations departments are maximizing revenue and profit
potentials while minimizing costs.
確保各運(yùn)作部門在最大限度降低成本的同時,實現(xiàn)收入和利潤的最大化。
5.Manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability
and to ensure superior guest service and product quality.
管理酒店運(yùn)營,以最大限度的提高利潤,并確保優(yōu)質(zhì)的對客服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
6.Evaluates changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, to
recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary.
評估客人的需求,不同的客人及競爭者的變化,根據(jù)需要推薦合適的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),并根據(jù)需要調(diào)整運(yùn)營。
7.Ensures guest and employee satisfaction, while
maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.
確保客人及人才的滿意度,同時保持市場競爭力及卓越的財務(wù)業(yè)績。
8.Anticipate and address guest issues and establish proactive processes to
promote guest satisfaction.
參與并解決客人的問題,建立積極主動的處理流程從而提高客人的滿意度。
Knowledge and Experience知識與經(jīng)驗
1.College degree or above.
本科或以上學(xué)歷
2.8 years or above experience in hotel management. in the area of
recruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotels
八年或以上四星或五星級國際品牌酒店管理工作的經(jīng)驗
3.Fluent written & spoken English.
流利的英語讀寫能力。
4.?Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters
