崗位職責/職位描述

Primary Responsibilities主要職責

1. Surface restoration: Proficiently master the marquetry, repair, and color adjustment techniques of various veneers (such as rosewood, walnut, oak, etc.) to ensure no color difference or marks after restoration.
Component replacement: Accurately measure and replace damaged baseboards, door frames, decorative moldings, and cabinet panels to ensure tight and even joints.

飾面修復：熟練掌握各類木皮（如紅木、胡桃木、橡木等）的拼花、修補、調色技術，確保修復后無色差、無痕跡。
部件更換：精準測量并更換損壞的踢腳線、門套、裝飾線條及柜體板材，保證接縫嚴密平整。

2.?Hardware adjustment: Coordinate with carpentry repairs to disassemble and reinstall hardware such as door locks, hinges, and sliding tracks for adjustment.

五金調試：配合木工修復進行門鎖、合頁、滑軌等五金件的拆卸與重新安裝調試。

3. Finished product protection: During construction, strictly implement the hotel's finished product protection standards to prevent contamination or damage to surrounding carpets and decorative surfaces.

成品保護：在施工過程中嚴格執行酒店成品保護標準，防止對周邊地毯、裝飾面造成污染或損傷。

Knowledge and Experience知識與經驗

1. Possess professional dual skills in paint and coating repair.

具備油漆及涂料修補專業雙項技能；

2. Interior painting: Proficient in latex paint spraying/rolling techniques, controlling uniform paint film thickness, without sagging or brush marks, with accurate color matching.

室內涂裝：熟練掌握乳膠漆噴涂/滾涂工藝，控制漆膜厚度均勻，無流掛、無刷痕，色號準確；

3. Environmental control: Strictly control the clean materials on the construction site, reasonably arrange work hours, and reduce interference with residents.

環境控制：嚴格控制施工現場凈材料，合理安排作業時間，減少對住客的干擾
