To work with theDirector of Sales & Marketing and Director of F&B to establish the strategic business plan for Catering and Banquet sales. 與市場銷售總監和餐飲總監一起制定餐飲宴會銷售計劃
?Assists with the development of new product themes and services. 協助酒店新產品及服務的開發和推廣?
?Assists with the development of marketing strategies. 協助酒店市場戰略的制訂?
?Takes into account external economic issues when planning and making decisions. 做計劃時考慮外界經濟情況?
?Manages financial reports, analysis, budgets and make pricing decisions for the department. 管理財務報告，財務分析、預算，制定部門的定價策略 Ensures the achievement of business objectives according to budgeted guidelines for revenue and costs. 確保按照收入和開支預算實現經營目標?
?Coordinates work operations within the department as well as other related departments. 與本部門及其他部配合工作
?Prevents and resolves all guest concerns. 預防和處理客人所關心的問題?
?To negotiate with clients ensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to and at the same time, guest needs and expectations are met. 與客戶談判，確保滿足客人的需要，同時又能夠實現飯店的利潤
