MAIN DUTIES主要職責
1.???? Under the leadership of on duty engineer, responsible for hotel carpenter, painter, bricklayer, within the scope of the maintenance, making, installation and part of the renovation project.
在值班工程師的領導下，負責酒店木工、油漆工、瓦工范圍內的維修、制作、安裝及部分裝修改造工程。
2.???? Responsible for repairing, maintenance on all wooden furniture, windows and doors of the hotel and replacing the paint of wall, metal structure.
負責對酒店所有木器家具門窗的維修、保養及墻壁、金屬構架的油漆翻新。
3.???? Responsible for hotel wall paper (cloth), carpet, ceiling, all kinds of locks, glass and all sorts of adornment of maintenance, protection. The various activities for the hotel making and installation of props.
負責對酒店墻紙（布）、地毯、天花板、各類鎖具、玻璃及各種裝飾的維修、維護。為酒店承辦的各種活動制作和安裝各種道具。
4.???? Responsible for maintenance and replacing of all ceramic tile, floor tile, marble, ceramics, wall of the hotel.
負責酒店所有瓷磚、地磚、大理石、瓷片、貼面的維修保養及更新。
5.???? Make regular inspection on in-charged areas ensure the range facilities in good condition, meet live timely maintenance, Received repair orders, rapid repair, face a major problem, timely report for instructions.
定期巡回檢查所管范圍設施完好狀況，遇到零修活及時維修，接到報修單，迅速維修，遇到重大問題，及時請示匯報。
JOB SPECIFICATION職位要求
1.?至少3年的工程經驗。
2.領導能力強，人際關系好。
3.?工程部所有設備運行方面的知識豐富。
4.?熟悉酒店管理的全面運行。
5.持有工程相關證書。
