Responsible for daily rooms and public area facilities repairing and maintenance
負責每日客房及公共區域設施維修、保養。
MAIN DUTIES主要職責

遵守操作規程及酒店規章制度。
2.?Responsible for all of the hotel service?and maintenance of the wood furniture and walls, metal structure paint renovation.
負責對酒店所有木器家具的維修、保養及墻壁、金屬構架的油漆翻新。
3.?Responsible for hotel wall paper, ceiling, glass and all sorts of adornment to decorate maintenance for the hotel to hold the activities of production and installation props.
負責對酒店墻紙、天花板、玻璃及各種裝飾的裝修維修，為酒店舉辦的各種活動制作和安裝道具。
4.?Responsible for maintenance and replacing the stick.
負責酒店貼面維修保養和更新。

每班的值勤人員負責常用耗材的清點，發現不足要及時補充。

樹立強烈的酒店意識，文明維修，酒店至上，工作時盡量不影響客人，公共場所施工必要時加設圍欄，在客房使用如沖擊電鉆等強噪音的工具，必須嚴格遵守時間規定，嚴格按計劃時間施工。自覺做好施工場地的收尾工作，以保證酒店的環境優美。

JOB SPECIFICATION職位要求
1.?Minimum 1?years’ experience in Engineering
至少1年的工程經驗。
2.?Interpersonal relationships well.

3.?Knowledgeable in overall operations of the Engineering Department.
工程部所有設備運行方面的知識豐富。
4.?Familiar with overall operations of the Property management.
熟悉酒店管理的全面運行。
