1.??????? Offers any kind of help and suggestions to all concerned in dealing with personnel related matters.為辦公室內(nèi)部相關(guān)事情提供幫助及提出建議。
2.??????? Handle the check in/out for Level B1 and below Team Members.?負(fù)責(zé)B1級及以下員工入職和離職手續(xù)。
3.??????? Takes charge of the filing system at the HR Office and keeps all the files in a good system.負(fù)責(zé)辦公室內(nèi)部的檔案管理及其他文件的管理。
4.??????? Monitors on the using of stationery & printing materials in the Office.負(fù)責(zé)文具,紙張等辦公用品的補(bǔ)充及發(fā)放。
5.??????? Be responsible for the translation or some other word input in the HR office.負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)文字的電腦輸入及翻譯。
6.??????? Attend the following meetings and for the minutes.參加以下會議并負(fù)責(zé)會議紀(jì)要。
a)??????? Department meetings at discretion of HRD or HRM.人力資源總監(jiān)或人力資源部經(jīng)理決定的會議。
b)?????? Other meetings on called.其他被通知要參加的會議。
7.??????? Maintains effective internal communication with team members.保持和員工的有效溝通。
8.??????? Provide necessary information and explanations to team tember in the time correctly and accurately as required.為員工的詢問提供準(zhǔn)確而正確的回答及解釋。
9.??????? Avoids negative comments on hotel policies and procedures, financial and business performance, promotions, and activities.避免消極評判飯店的規(guī)章制度,生意情況,提升,業(yè)績表現(xiàn)等事情。
10.???? Provides relevant information and assists to the design and edition of team member magazines, newsletter, and fliers, etc.為員工雜志,員工告示欄等的編輯提供相關(guān)信息。
11.???? Ensures all team member facilities in reading room and recreation room and team member Dorm are maintained in good order and meet hotel’s cleanliness standards.確保員工閱覽室和娛樂室及員工宿舍等設(shè)施都能正常使用,并符合酒店的衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

管理員工更衣室,并符合酒店的衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
13.???? Assist in the organization of the team member activity and recreation.協(xié)助部門組織員工活動。
14.???? Organize monthly team member canteen management committee routine meetings, and following up the discussion items.組織每月的員工餐管理委員會例會,并跟進(jìn)解決措施。
15.???? Follows up the opinions and suggestions of team member communication meetings, and feedback in time.跟進(jìn)月度員工溝通會議的意見與建議事項, 并及時反饋。
16.???? Collects and reports issues mentioned in team member suggestion box, and feedback follow-up situation.及時收集并反映員工建議箱所提及事宜,并反饋跟進(jìn)情況。
17.???? Ensures that all team member abide by the hotel dress codes and hotel rules.確保每一位員工都遵守酒店的著裝及管理制度。
18.???? Ensures all team member facilities in reading room and recreation room and team member Dorm are maintained in good order and meet hotel’s cleanliness standards.確保員工閱覽室和娛樂室及員工宿舍等設(shè)施都能正常使用,并符合酒店的衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
