2.???? Responsible for all activities relevant to Front Desk such as check in ,check out, cashiering, foreign exchange. Provide information to any guests or visitor’s inquires.
負責前臺的相關工作,如入住、退房、收銀、外幣兌換。為客人或來訪提供信息及協助。
3.???? Get a daily briefing about extra events to effectively deal with all foreseen situations on a daily basis.
在每日例會中了解額外的事件,以便捷處理所有可能發生的情況。
4.???? Have knowledge about room rates, packages, discount and promotions and know how to handle about that.
掌握房價、包價、折扣和促銷的所有信息,并知道如何去處理。
5.???? Be well known of hotel products knowledge and city information.
掌握酒店產品知識和城市信息。
6.???? Strictly follow all cash handling and banking procedures to check out all customers efficiently.
在為客人提供快捷結賬的同時嚴格遵守財務及銀行的各項規定。
7.???? Operate CISA and Opera system.
熟練使用CISA和Opera系統。
8.???? Perform guest registration and room assignment, fulfill special request of all customers.
執行客人的入住登記、房間分配,滿足所有客人的特殊要求。
9.???? Be knowledge about Wyndham awards program, ensure accuracy and activation rate meet brand goal.
了解溫德姆獎賞計劃,確保正確率和活動達到集團目標。
10.? Be knowledge about Wyndham rewards program, responsible to scout for new Wyndham rewards members on daily basis.
了解溫德姆獎賞計劃,有責任每天尋找加入新會員。
11.? Ensure phone calls according to standard by using proper telephone etiquette and within three rings.
在三聲之內按標準接聽電話并使用正確的電話禮儀。
12.? Know how to operate safety deposit box.
知道如何使用保險箱。
13.? Ensure the cleanliness of the front desk and heart of the house area at all ties.
確保前臺和后臺辦公室區域的整潔。
14.? Use Opera/CISA password with discretion, log off the terminal when leaving the area.
謹慎的使用Opera/CISA的密碼,在離開時必須退出登錄用戶終端。
15.? Ensure proper charge is posted to guest credit card when check out, provide guest with a zero balance folio.
結賬時候確保在客人的信用卡上收取正確的費用,為客人提供余額為零的賬單。
16.? Close cashier at the end of each shift by following the blind drop procedure strictly.
每班次結束時嚴格遵守投賬程序平賬。
17.? Be disciplined at all times, stand alert at the front desk, greet guests immediately and offer assistance before guest asking, focus your attention to the customers.
時刻遵守前臺紀律并保持警醒及時問候客人,在客人未開口之前為之提供幫助,集中所有注意力在客人身上。
18.? Be familiar with morning, afternoon and overnight daily check list to ensure smooth daily operations.
熟悉早班、中班和夜班的班次檢查表以確保運作的正常。
19.? Be aware of the hotel VIP/repeat guest/long stay guest/high value guest and pay special attention to make the guest have a memorable sta.
知道酒店的貴賓、常客、長住客、重要客人并給予特別的關注,以讓客人擁有一個難忘的入住經歷。
20.? Maintain the guest information and ensure proper input in the Opera and PSB system.
建立客人信息并正確的輸入到Opera和PSB系統中。
21.? Be responsible for every check out guest, ensure each transaction has proper posted to guest account.
對每位退房客人負責,確保正確將每一筆消費輸入到客人房賬。
22.? Adhere to all cashiering procedures in daily work, including paid out, correction, rebate, advance deposit, miscellaneous charge, cash not refund, money change.
在日常工作中依據所有收銀員程序,包括支付、修正、扣減、預付押金、雜項收費、押金未退以及找零。
23.? Ensure accuracy of the guest information and proper input in the system.
確保客人的信息及時準確的輸入到PSB系統中。
24.? Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules and standards. Conform to cash and Chinese invoice handling procedures at all times.
工作依照酒店政策及內部標準程序,任何時候都根據標準交接備用金和發票。
25.? Have knowledge about guest rooms, location, amenities, feature and all other service offered by the hotel.
熟悉了解酒店客房特征,客房分部,客房內的物品以及酒店提供的所有服務項目。
26.? Perform all three shifts (AM,PM,Night) and complete the shift check list to ensure smooth running of daily front desk operations.
能夠完成三個班次(早,中,夜)的工作,確保前臺日常的正常運作。
27.? Be highly familiar with all emergency procedures, bomb threat, firm alarm, death and evacuation plans.
高度熟悉應急處理程序,爆炸事件,火警,緊急逃生圖。
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1.???? Preferably college graduate.
大學專科畢業。
2.???? Has experience is preferred.
有工作經驗優先考慮。
3.???? Verbal and written facility.
口頭表達和書面表達能力強。
4.???? Female-4050px, Male-4325px.
女性身高不低于1米62,男性身高不低于1米73。
5.???? Be fluent in English language-second language preferred.
英語流利,精通第二門外語優先。
6.???? General knowledge of overall operations and activities of the hotel.
