崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)餐飲部各項(xiàng)管理工作計(jì)劃推進(jìn)；
2、負(fù)責(zé)餐廳各種套餐、活動(dòng)推廣；
3、負(fù)責(zé)餐廳環(huán)境衛(wèi)生、菜品評(píng)價(jià)等監(jiān)督管理工作，按照客需及時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整改進(jìn)；
5、執(zhí)行酒店總經(jīng)理工作指令，及時(shí)匯報(bào)餐飲部每周工作進(jìn)度及工作總結(jié)；
6、負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)的人才梯隊(duì)搭建，組織業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)，制定團(tuán)隊(duì)績效考核方案并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行情況；
7、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
任職條件：
1、中高端酒店行業(yè)同等職位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或國際品牌酒店房務(wù)/餐飲部經(jīng)理及以上從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。
