崗位概述：
協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)人開展酒店財(cái)務(wù)管理工作、會(huì)計(jì)核算工作、酒店內(nèi)部管控，嚴(yán)格管控成本。確保酒店資產(chǎn)無誤，參與部門團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)與管理。
崗位職責(zé)：
1、協(xié)助制定、實(shí)施公司會(huì)計(jì)年度預(yù)算方案，跟蹤掌握預(yù)算執(zhí)行情況；
2、協(xié)助公司現(xiàn)金流量預(yù)測(cè)，為實(shí)施資金調(diào)度提供依據(jù)；
3、協(xié)助建立、健全財(cái)務(wù)管理體系，對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)部門的日常管理、年度預(yù)算、資金運(yùn)作等進(jìn)行控制；
4、主持財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表及財(cái)務(wù)月結(jié)的編制工作，為經(jīng)營(yíng)決策提供及時(shí)有效的財(cái)務(wù)分析，保證財(cái)務(wù)信息對(duì)外披露的正常進(jìn)行，有效地監(jiān)督檢查財(cái)務(wù)制度、預(yù)算的執(zhí)行情況以及適當(dāng)及時(shí)的調(diào)整；
5、協(xié)助公司各部門業(yè)務(wù)的全程有效監(jiān)控，保障公司權(quán)益，統(tǒng)籌管理和運(yùn)作公司資金并對(duì)其進(jìn)行有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制；
6、負(fù)責(zé)每月應(yīng)收應(yīng)付和財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表的編制及相關(guān)部門報(bào)表的報(bào)送工作；
7、與財(cái)政、稅務(wù)、銀行、證券等相關(guān)政府部門及會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所等相關(guān)中介機(jī)構(gòu)建立并保持良好的關(guān)系；
8、協(xié)助向上級(jí)主管匯報(bào)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況、經(jīng)營(yíng)成果、財(cái)務(wù)收支及計(jì)劃的具體情況，為集團(tuán)高級(jí)管理人員提供財(cái)務(wù)分析，提出有益的建議。
任職要求：
1、教育水平：本科以上，財(cái)務(wù)管理類專業(yè)畢業(yè)優(yōu)先；2、具有中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師證書優(yōu)先；
3、行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
①3年以上同行業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)總賬級(jí)以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
②熟悉國(guó)家財(cái)經(jīng)法律法規(guī)、稅法、金融政策，熟悉銀行、稅務(wù)等方面的工作；
③具有較強(qiáng)的綜合協(xié)調(diào)能力和分析能力；
④誠(chéng)實(shí)守信，保密意識(shí)強(qiáng)。
