崗位職責：
1、 向賓客介紹會員政策，積極發展“萬悅會”會員，達成會員的招募指標；
2、確保所有賓客服務員都清晰餐廳銷售指標，落實并完成指標；
3、掌握每班次房態和客房出租情況，并及時上報運營總監/經理和客房部；
4、 定期進行賓客回訪，收集賓客意見，及時解決賓客訴求；
5、每日回復輿情點評，達成輿情管控指標，夜審及提供經營數據報表；
6、每日檢查賓客叫醒、客遺物品、“想靜靜（請勿打擾房）”處理情況；
7、做好賓客服務員排班計劃，組織班前會議，總結優秀服務案例，表揚先進個人；
8、監督賓客服務員、保安兼禮賓員、主廚、廚師的工作，嚴格執行酒店服務和質量標準，針對問題提出行動計劃；
9、 管理并支持餐吧區員工提供早餐服務，管理并支持保安兼禮賓員工作；
10、維持共享空間設備的正常運作和工作區域的清潔。
任職條件：
1、全日制大專及以上學歷，酒店行業同等職位工作經驗；
2、形象氣質佳，溝通協調能力強。
國內管理公司經歷：優先語言能力：英語-良好計算機能力：良好年齡要求：30歲以下
