職位概述：
業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展經(jīng)理將負(fù)責(zé)管理跟進(jìn)客戶信息檔案，目的是創(chuàng)造酒店?duì)I收和市場(chǎng)份額最大化。該角色關(guān)鍵是與銷售研究團(tuán)隊(duì)分享的客戶建立關(guān)系和開發(fā)更多渠道，以增加酒店收入和提升轉(zhuǎn)化率。同時(shí)還負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展主管和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)員的管理和指導(dǎo)工作。
工作職責(zé)：
? 開發(fā)潛力客戶，達(dá)到目標(biāo)和實(shí)現(xiàn)盈利最大化
? 收集現(xiàn)有和潛在客戶信息，轉(zhuǎn)化為生意
? 保持對(duì)銷售成本的有效控制

在市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、商務(wù)或酒店管理方面的文憑或同等學(xué)歷，在酒店或相關(guān)服務(wù)行業(yè)至少有1-2年的相關(guān)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
具備以下技能：
? 對(duì)銷售原則和方法的深入了解
? 有效的溝通和談判技巧
? 對(duì)酒店產(chǎn)品、價(jià)格和營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃有很強(qiáng)的了解
? 熟識(shí)電腦技能
