Trains newstaff in all aspects of outlet food and beverage WA service standards.
培訓員工全面的餐飲知識和華爾道夫服務標準。
Assists in setup,? ensure smooth operation at alltimes.
協助布置擺臺,保證運營順暢。
Must knowoutlet service manual, hotel rules & regulations and hotel emergencyprocedure.
必須掌握餐廳服務流程,酒店規章制度和緊急情況處理程序。
Employee performsall cashier and revenue recording duties according to hotels policy &procedures.
根據酒店的制度和流程,員工必須掌握所有的收款和收入登記的職能。
To co-ordinate the work of subordinates andmaintain the established procedures and policies.
協調下屬員工的工作維護現有工作標準和規范。
To communicate efficiently with the kitchen.

To help prepare training programs for staff.

Must have experience in food & beverageoperations for at least 3-5 years.
有至少3-5年餐飲運營經驗。
Holding similar position in a well-establishedhotel for at least 3 years.
至少3年高星級酒店同類職位工作經驗。
