崗位職責/職位描述
工作職責:根據排班準時上班,準備工作之前需已用畢餐,換好工裝,一切就緒。? Must know the entire outlet schedule, have to know which waiter, order taker is working and assign them side work duties.必須熟知整個部門的工作計劃,以及每個員工和點單員的工作,并為其分配其他工作。? The Outlet Supervisor餐廳主管:a) Must know menu items as well as drink list必須熟知所有的菜單和酒水單內容b) Must know outlet setup standards.必須熟知餐廳的擺臺標準。c) Oversee entire operation; lead by good example監督整個運營過程d) Handles complaints and reports to immediate supervisor.向值班主管匯報客人投訴。? Trains new staff in all aspects of outlet food and beverage WA service standards.培訓員工全面的餐飲知識和華爾道夫服務標準。? Assists in set up, ensure smooth operation at all times.協助布置擺臺,保證運營順暢。? Must know outlet service manual, hotel rules & regulations and hotel emergency procedure.必須掌握餐廳服務流程,酒店規章制度和緊急情況處理程序。? Employee performs all cashier and revenue recording duties according to hotels policy & procedures.根據酒店的制度和流程,員工必須掌握所有的收款和收入登記的職能。? To co-ordinate the work of subordinates and maintain the established procedures and policies.協調下屬員工的工作維護現有工作標準和規范。? To communicate efficiently with the kitchen.負責與廚房有效溝通。? To help prepare training programs for staff.幫助準備員工培訓活動。? To promote good working atmosphere with emphasis in enhancing relations with subordinates.引導員工關系,促進良好的工作氛圍。? To take over the duties of the assistant restaurant manager in his absence.準備每周排版表。? To carry out any other duties as and when required by the restaurant manager.在餐廳副經理不在時代理其工作。任職資格:? Experience in all aspects of food & beverage operations and modern management principles.具備全面的餐飲運營經驗和現代管理理念。? Must have experience in food & beverage operations for at least 3-5 years.有至少3-5年餐飲運營經驗。? Holding similar position in a well-established hotel for at least 3 years.至少3年高星級酒店同類職位工作經驗。? Well groomed at all times.良好的儀容儀表? Self-motivated.自我激勵? Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, supervise and motivate employees.能夠與不同級別的員工溝通,監督激勵員工。? Male or female.性別不限? Excellent command of written and spoken English.優秀的英語口語和寫作能力。
