崗位職責/職位描述

工作職責：
? Reports to outlet as scheduled, in uniform, eat, clean and ready to work
根據排班準時上班，準備工作之前需已用畢餐，換好工裝，一切就緒。
? The Service Waiter服務員：
a） Must know menu items as well as drink list
必須熟知所有的菜單和酒水單內容
b） Must know Outlet setup standards.
必須熟知餐廳的擺臺標準。
c） Handles complaints and reports to immediate supervisor.
向值班主管匯報客人投訴。
? Prepares service mise en place and ensures smooth operation at all times.
布置擺臺，保證運營順暢。
? Must know outlet service manual, hotel rules & regulations and hotel emergency procedure.
必須掌握餐廳服務流程，酒店規章制度和緊急情況處理程序。
? To follow the procedures, policies and techniques of service.
遵循工作標準，制度和技術。
? To have full understanding of the menu preparation to ensure good salesmanship.
作為一個好的銷售人員，需要充分理解菜單。
? To be courteous and friendly to guests and colleagues.
殷勤友好的對待客人和同事。
? To present menu to guests and take beverage order if necessary.
向客人展示菜單并點餐。
? To recommend menu items and beverage if necessary.
必要時為客人推薦菜品和酒水。
? To understand the coordination between the kitchen and the restaurant.
理解餐廳和廚房的協作。
? To assist guests with chairs when arriving and leaving.
幫助客人入座和離座。
? To clear soiled items to the washing area.
將使用過的餐具撤到洗碗間。
? To continuously check and replenish or exchange: bread, butter, water, ashtrays or any other condiments.
檢查、補充和更換：配餐面包，黃油，水，煙灰缸或其他配料。
? To reset table as soon as guests leave.
客人離開后重新布置餐臺。

? To replenish clean items to their respective areas.
為負責的相關區域補充潔凈器皿。
? To remove soiled linen and place them in appropriate area.
撤換布草并將其運送到正確的區域。
? To complete all side duties assigned by the Supervisors, Assistant Manager and Manager.
完成主管，副經理，和餐廳經理分配的其他工作。
? To carry out any other duties as and when required by the Supervisors.
執行主管交予的其他工作。

任職資格：
良好的儀容儀表和積極的性格
? Experienced in F&B services, especially banqueting.
有餐飲服務經驗，特別是宴會服務。
? Hold the same position in other established hotel for at least 1 year.
具有1年以上同等類別酒店工作經驗。
? Willing to work long hours and work under extreme pressure.
愿意長時間工作，可以在壓力下工作。
