崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
工作職責(zé):? To make daily a thorough mis-en-place of all items featured on the menu.
? 每日食品備料。
? To help prepare orders according to standard established.
? 按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)助備貨。
? To keep all the food items correctly stored.
? 正確儲(chǔ)藏所有食品。
? To bring food requisitions and act as a runner, when required.
? 當(dāng)有需要時(shí),派送食品訂單至其它部門。
? To work closely with the Senior Cook.
? 與其他員工密切合作。
? To keep the areas clean and tidy.
? 確保工作環(huán)境干凈整潔。
? To follow and enforce hygiene and safety standards set by the Hotel and Food & Hygiene Department.
? 貫徹和執(zhí)行酒店和衛(wèi)生部門指定的衛(wèi)生和安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
? To know the Hotel‘s fire and safety procedures and operation of kitchen and fire fighting equipment.
? 知道酒店消防和安全程序以及廚房滅火設(shè)備的操作。
