崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
工作職責(zé):To collect information, and develop quality programs so as to eliminate wastes, and increase productivity, which will, in turn, improve guest and team member satisfaction, and meet the company’s business objectives.
收集信息,開(kāi)拓質(zhì)量項(xiàng)目以便消滅浪費(fèi),提高生產(chǎn)率,從而提高客人和員工滿意度,達(dá)到公司的業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)。
任職資格:
? University degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related fields, such as statistics; MBA or Master of Science degree in Management is a plus.
大學(xué)學(xué)歷,酒店管理、企業(yè)管理或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè),例如:統(tǒng)計(jì);工商管理碩士或理科管理碩士為佳。
? Knowledge in management issues and problem-solving techniques, e.g. statistical quality control, etc.
熟知管理及解決問(wèn)題的技術(shù),例如,統(tǒng)計(jì)質(zhì)量控制等。
? An understanding of quality principles
理解質(zhì)量原則。
? Five-year work experience with a minimum of three-year in a hotel operation
5年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少3年酒店運(yùn)營(yíng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
? Preferably in the areas of operational excellence and total guest satisfaction

? Preferably direct experience with six sigma, TQM, or reliability management

? Two or three years’ experience in managing functional personnel or quality improvement teams
