崗位職責/職位描述
工作職責:? To communicate efficiently with the kitchen.
? To help prepare training programmes for staff.
? To assist restaurant manager in training.
? To promote good working atmosphere with emphasis in guiding relations between subordinates.
? To enforce the personal appearance of the staff and punctuality.
? To greet guests, handle comments and problems whenever required and promotes sales to meet forecasted revenues.
? To recommend menu items and beverages to guests, as well as taking orders.
? To converse with guests to maintain a good relationship as well as extending personal touch.
? To make requisition for supplies in order to maintain stock level.
? To prepare weekly duty rosters.
? To take over the duties of the outlet manager in his absence.
? To carry out any other duties as and when required by the restaurant manager.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS :
? To input ideas and suggestion in menu planning and food promotion

? Experience in all aspects of food & beverage operations and modern management principles.
? Must have experience in food & beverage operations for at least 5-8years.
