1.在廚師長安排下,負責各種飯菜的加工制作,保證食品質量。
2.嚴格遵守作息時間,不擅離職守,不脫崗,不竄崗,保證食堂按時開餐。
3.嚴格執行《食品衛生法》,作好食堂衛生,保證無過期變質食品。
4.廚師上崗必須工服穿戴整齊,廚房內不得吸煙,未經許可不得以任何動用食堂物品。
5.負責每餐劃卡統計,無就餐卡人員不得予以就餐。
6.服從廚師長調動,維護好廚房器具,作好餐前餐后各項工作。

Be responsible for the card-swiping statistics for each meal. People without a meal card shall not be allowed to eat.
Obey the assignment of the head chef, take good care of kitchen equipment, and complete all work before and after meals.
