負(fù)責(zé)巡視工作，在當(dāng)班期間堅(jiān)守崗位，確保飯店的既定工作程序和巡視工作的正確執(zhí)行。 有責(zé)任成為公共區(qū)域的賓客接待員并以笑容及合適的問(wèn)候語(yǔ)面對(duì)客人。
1.確保巡視工作的正確執(zhí)行，確保對(duì)客人和同事施實(shí)安全保衛(wèi)工作
2.認(rèn)真執(zhí)行交接班制度
3.觀察，注意并跟蹤在酒店徘徊的可疑分子
4.在飯店的出入口安排外圍巡視點(diǎn)，以確保在飯店周圍無(wú)閑雜人等
5.正確保養(yǎng)對(duì)講機(jī)
6.對(duì)飯店進(jìn)行隨機(jī)檢查，以保證飯店內(nèi)安全保衛(wèi)措施的實(shí)行，如防火門的通暢，水龍帶門前無(wú)設(shè)備堆放，各貨物堆放區(qū)間的清潔和和噴淋頭的充足等等
7.負(fù)責(zé)檢查消防和生命安全設(shè)備的使用壽命(例如手持式化學(xué)滅火器等等)
Responsible for patrol duties, remain at post during the shift, and ensure the proper implementation of the hotel’s established procedures and patrol operations.Act as a guest host for public areas, greeting guests with a smile and appropriate courtesy.
Ensure proper execution of patrol duties and provide security for guests and colleagues.
Earnestly implement the shift handover system.
Observe, monitor and follow suspicious individuals loitering in the hotel.
Arrange external patrol points at hotel entrances and exits to ensure no unauthorized personnel around the hotel premises.
Properly maintain walkie-talkies.
Conduct random inspections of the hotel to ensure the implementation of security measures, such as unobstructed fire doors, no equipment blocking fire hose cabinets, cleanliness in storage areas, adequate sprinkler coverage, etc.
Inspect the service life of fire-fighting and life-safety equipment (e.g., portable chemical fire extinguishers, etc.).
