職位描述

【崗位職責(zé)】
1、全面負(fù)責(zé)宴會(huì)和會(huì)議,展示會(huì)等的推銷、預(yù)訂工作;
2、制定宴會(huì)銷售的市場(chǎng)推銷計(jì)劃、簡(jiǎn)歷并完善宴會(huì)銷售部工作程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),制定宴會(huì)銷售部規(guī)章制度并指揮實(shí)施;
3、參加酒店管理人員會(huì)議、完成上傳下達(dá)工作;
4、安排布置并督導(dǎo)下屬人員的正常工作;
5、建立改善宴會(huì)日記、客戶合同存檔、宴會(huì)訂單和預(yù)報(bào)單的存檔記錄,使之成為有效的工作程序和管理手段;
6、與餐飲部總監(jiān)和行政總廚溝通協(xié)調(diào),共同議定宴會(huì)菜單及價(jià)格;
7、與其他部門(mén)溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、密切配合;
8、定期對(duì)下屬進(jìn)行績(jī)效評(píng)估,按獎(jiǎng)懲制度實(shí)施獎(jiǎng)懲,并加強(qiáng)對(duì)員工的培訓(xùn)工作、提高員工素質(zhì)。

【崗位要求】
1、具有酒店宴會(huì)銷售崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),特別是包廂宴會(huì)的銷售,能結(jié)合行業(yè)特點(diǎn)開(kāi)展整體市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷工作,有一定的客戶積累,團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
2、對(duì)宴會(huì)的組織及執(zhí)行有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、具有較強(qiáng)的管理能力、判斷和決策能力、人際溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、計(jì)劃與執(zhí)行能力;
4、工作細(xì)致、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),并具有戰(zhàn)略前瞻性思維。

Job Responsibilities
Be fully responsible for the promotion and reservation of banquets, meetings, exhibitions and other events.
Formulate marketing plans for banquet sales, establish and improve working procedures and standards for the Banquet Sales Department, formulate rules and regulations for the department and supervise their implementation.
Attend meetings of hotel management personnel, and ensure effective communication between higher management and frontline staff.
Arrange, deploy and supervise the routine work of subordinates.
Establish and improve banquet records, customer contract filing, banquet order and forecast document filing, forming effective working procedures and management methods.
Communicate and coordinate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef to jointly decide banquet menus and pricing.
Communicate, coordinate and cooperate closely with other departments.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for subordinates, implement rewards and penalties in accordance with the reward and punishment system, strengthen staff training, and improve staff competence.

Job Requirements
Proven working experience in hotel banquet sales, especially in private room banquet sales; able to carry out overall marketing activities based on industry characteristics, with certain customer resources and strong team spirit.
Rich experience in banquet organization and execution.
Strong capabilities in management, judgment and decision-making, interpersonal communication and coordination, planning and execution.
Meticulous and rigorous working attitude, with strategic and forward?thinking mindset.
