崗位職責
1.按工作程序，保證維修單、工作指令單上規定的工作盡快地完成。
2.酒店各區域的家具、木制固定設施的維修、維護。
3.天花、玻璃、鏡具、標志牌的維護保養。
4.各種沙發、椅子、柜臺、墻面包布的維修和更換。
5.家具油漆（含新制家具）及裝修板面的油漆。
6.機電設備及其水管、蒸氣管、通風管的油漆。
7.各種砌筑工程、地面貼面修補、墻面刷白、天花批灰、刷白、屋面墻面補漏。
崗位要求
1.中技以上文化程度；2年以上同崗位工作經驗。
2.掌握裝修、裝潢的基本知識，并具有一定的審美能力。
3.掌握各種裝修材料的工藝特性和操作方法，較熟練地掌握木器制作、維修、修補墻紙、各種五金配件的修理、修補地毯等基本技藝。
4.熱愛本職工作，努力學習技術，不斷提高業務水平，做到一專多能，舉止文明禮貌。
5.身體健康，精力充沛。
Job Responsibilities
Complete the work specified on work orders and job instruction sheets as soon as possible in accordance with working procedures.
Conduct repair and maintenance work for furniture and wooden fixed facilities in all areas of the hotel.
Perform maintenance and upkeep of ceilings, glass, mirrors and signboards.
Undertake repair and replacement of upholstery on various sofas, chairs, counters and wall coverings.
Carry out painting work for furniture (including newly-made furniture) and decorative panels.
Perform painting work for electromechanical equipment as well as its water pipes, steam pipes and ventilation pipes.
Conduct various masonry works, repair of floor veneers, whitewashing of walls, plastering and whitewashing of ceilings, and leak repairing for roof and wall surfaces.
Job Requirements
Technical secondary school education or above; with more than 2 years of working experience in the same position.
Master the basic knowledge of decoration and fitment, and possess a certain aesthetic ability.
Grasp the process characteristics and operation methods of various decoration materials; proficiently master basic skills such as woodwork making and repair, wallpaper mending, repair of various hardware accessories and carpet patching.
Be devoted to the professional work, strive to learn professional skills and continuously improve professional competence; become a specialist with versatile skills and behave in a civilized and polite manner.
