- 負責主動地提出和管理餐廳銷售相關的工作機會,而不是由銷售部門負責。
- 積極向上銷售每一個商業機會,通過內部和熱區銷售的努力,較高限度地增加收入機會。完成個人和團隊相關的收入目標。
- 通過每一個客戶的經驗中提供卓越的服務來提高客戶的忠誠度。
- 為客戶提供服務,為萬豪國際的業務發展提供服務。
Job Description:
- Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing restaurant sales-related opportunities that is not handled by the Sales&Marketing department.
- Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity through in-house as well as hot zone sales efforts.
- Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Provides service to customers in order to grow the business on behalf of Marriott International.
