We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Front Office to join our team.
As a Service Leader - Front Office, we rely on you to:
? To have knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.
? Take responsibility of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all times.
? Supervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities.
? To have knowledge of Shangri-La standard operating policies and procedures.
? Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
We are looking for someone who:
? Has a passion for Front Office
? Excellent presenter and communicator
? Is self-driven, goal-oriented, able to challenge the status quo
? Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
? Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
? Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
? Preferably has a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a similar role
? Understands the global market and local environment
? Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
? Has strong interpersonal skills
