We are currently looking for a Service Associate – Service Centre to join our Front Office?team.
Summary
Provides spontaneous services and handles all guest services activities in the Service Centre in accordance with objectives, ????? performance and quality standard established by Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and Kerry Hotel Pudong Shanghai. To be responsible for 24 hours In-Room Dining order taking and hotel rooms reservation, Food and Beverage reservations in providing the most efficient and courteous hotel services to maximize occupancies and revenue for the hotel. Ensures that the communication system of the hotel is well maintained and guest requirements are handled accurately, politely and efficiently.

工作概述
提供讓客人感到溫暖和自然的服務，并且處理所有客人通過呼叫服務中心要求的服務，為香格里拉酒店集團和上海浦東嘉里大酒店建立并實施良好的質量標準。負責為客人提供24小時客房送餐預訂和酒店房間預訂，餐飲預訂以及提供酒店高效有禮的預定服務并在預定過程中實現酒店收益最大化的目標。確保酒店與客人建立良好的公共關系，并且能夠準確的，禮貌的和有效的處理客人的要求。
