崗位職責/職位描述

工作職責：
Proficiency in hotel power supply, water supply, air conditioning heating system, under the guidance of the supervisor to complete routine maintenance work and daily system repair. Patrol the hotel room in all areas to ensure the normal operation of mechanical and electrical equipment.
熟練掌握酒店供電，供水，空調(diào)采暖系統(tǒng)，在主管的指導下完成日常維護保養(yǎng)工作和日常各系統(tǒng)報修。巡視酒店各區(qū)域機房保障機電設備正常運行。

1. Obey the rules for the team member; do work according to arrangement by supervisor.
遵守員工手冊中的各項規(guī)章制度，聽從指令服從工作安排。
2. According to the specified time and sequence route, inspect the equipment under the jurisdiction, and truthfully record the operation and check in. Report equipment failures and maintenance defects in a timely manner.
按規(guī)定時間、順序路線，巡查管轄的設備，并如實做好運行記錄及巡視簽到。及時報告設備故障和維修缺陷問題。
3. Plumber on duty should make full preparation, when receive the maintenance order, take action quickly and report to captain or supervisor after done.
當班維修工要隨時清點好個人工具，接到工程任務或維修單后，立即趕到現(xiàn)場盡快完成，并隨后匯報主管。
4. Expect daily repairing work, to ensure that all preventive work are well done according to schedule and instructions.
除每天維修和運行工作外，應按規(guī)定的設備保養(yǎng)項目表進行保養(yǎng)項目及內(nèi)容，不得隨意改動，不準弄虛作假、偷工減料，按質(zhì)按量完成設備保養(yǎng)計劃。
5. Write down the daily working on Log Book.
每天須將日常的各項工作詳細記錄在值班簿。
6. On time and on time, work in accordance with the regulations to do the transfer work. Working hours may not leave the post and the hotel without the permission of the chief engineer.
按時上下班按規(guī)定做好交接班工作。工作時間沒有總工程師的允許，不得擅自離開崗位和酒店。
7. To strictly operate according to the procedures. Eliminate any inncidents of life,equipment.
嚴格按照操作規(guī)程工作，杜絕一切人身、設備事故。
8. Ensure good housekeeping and orderliness in work area.
保持工作區(qū)域干凈和整潔。
9. Familiar with the hotel air conditioning ventilation system, can turn off the air conditioning fan.
熟悉酒店空調(diào)通風系統(tǒng)，能夠開啟關閉空調(diào)風機。
10. Familiar with the hotel water supply and drainage system, clear the valve position in each area.
熟悉酒店給排水系統(tǒng)，明確各區(qū)域閥門位置。
11. Familiar with the power distribution system, could find out the key contactor rapidly.
熟悉酒店配電系統(tǒng)，能迅速找到關鍵節(jié)點。
12. Familiar with the power stop/ start peocedures, be able to complete the operations of it rapidly and safely.
熟悉停送電程序，能迅速安全的完成停送電操作。
13. To replace no lighting bulbs for all areas of the hotel.
更換各個區(qū)域不亮的燈泡。
14. Familiar with emergency evacuation procedures, familiar with the location of fire evacuation passages in various areas, and familiar with fire extinguishers and fire hydrants.
熟悉應急疏散程序，熟悉各區(qū)域消防疏散通道位置，熟練掌握滅火器，消防栓等設備使用。
15. Hotel voluntary firefighter. Participate in fire trainings, fire drills and disaster relief activities.
酒店義務消防員，參加消防培訓，演練，參加各種救災活動。
16. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的職責和被指派的職責。

任職資格：
1. Should have at least 2 years electric working experience .
至少有二年以上機電維修工作經(jīng)驗。
2. Should have Low tension electric certificate.
具有低壓電工證。
3. Basic mechanic knowledge.
基本的機械方面的知識。
