1、 Club Millesime Manager is responsible and accountable for achieving and maintaining the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction. Responsible for daily operations of the Club Millesime.

2、 To ensure all the Club Millesime staff and sub-ordinates adhere to the Hotel rules and regulation.

3、To supervise and delegate duties to all the Club Millesime staff within the section and to prepare their work schedules as required.
負責索菲特會所所有員工的監(jiān)督管理,并根據(jù)要求制定工作日程。
4、Use supervision skills effectively to encourage and motivate staff.
運用督導管理技巧調(diào)動和提高員工的工作積極性。
5、To responsible for all activities at the Club Millesime.
負責管理索菲特會所所有的事務。
6、Obtain briefing from Front Office Manager on problems and situations requiring further attention.
從前廳部經(jīng)理處獲取需要注意的問題和事情。
7、Ensure the Lounge is always manned and provide prompt service.
保證索菲特會所在恰當管理下為客人迅速提供服務。
8、Ensure VIP rooms; reservation with special requests; pre-registered guests arrivals are all pre-blocked. Club Millesime Manager is also to coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure that vacant clean rooms are available before guests’ check-in.
保證貴賓用房,和有特殊要求的預訂的房間要提前安排好。索菲特會所經(jīng)理需要同客房部聯(lián)系以保證在客人抵店前有足夠的干凈房間。
9、Ensure that all Club Millesime guests are pre-registered a day before arrival.
確保為預訂索菲特會所的客人做好預備登記工作。
10、Meet up with VIPs and other guests arriving and escort them to their room or to the Club Millesime.
迎接貴賓到店及陪同他們到房間或去索菲特會所。
11、Coordinate closely with the Front Desk on all matters related to Club Millesime.
與前臺緊密聯(lián)系得到所有關(guān)于索菲特會所的信息。
12、Personally handle guest complaints and follow through accordingly.
親自處理和跟進客人的投訴。
13、Check the daily arrival list. Special arrival list for VIP’s, repeat guests and fits.
檢查每日預抵客人報表,特別留意一些重要貴賓和常客的特殊安排。
14、Establish good public relations with all guests.
同所有的客人建立良好的公共關(guān)系。
15、To ensure guest retention program extend to loyalty customer on a consistent basis.
確保回頭客政策能持續(xù)地延伸到每個忠實客人的身上。
16、To ensure cash flow at the Club Millesime hand over to each shift in accurate amount, any shortage or overage should report to Front Office Manager for immediate action.
確保索菲特會所每班交接的備用金金額準確,任何短款和長款必須立即向前廳部經(jīng)理匯報。
17、Ensure that “shift reports” are printed and “Traces” are followed up accordingly.

18、Supervises and guides Club Millesime Supervisor to ensure that hotel’s policies and procedure are adhered to.

19、Supervises Club Millesime operation and workflow to maximize guests’ satisfaction.
監(jiān)督管理索菲特會所的正常運營和流程,最大限度地使客人滿意。
20、Coordinates meal breaks.
組織好員工的用餐時間。
21、Keeps Club Millesime lounge neat at all times.
隨時保持索菲特會所休息區(qū)域的整潔。
22、Handles problems and seeks assistance of Front Office Manager when necessary.
幫助員工處理問題,如需要可向前廳部經(jīng)理尋求幫助。
23、Maintains all equipment in good working order and trains new employees on equipment utilization.
所有設備必須保持在良好的工作狀態(tài)下,并教給員工如何正確使用。
24、Is responsible for the inventory and control of stationery and collateral for the Club Millesime.
負責控制索菲特會所所需的文具和工作所需的物品庫存。
25、 Is totally familiar with all Club Millesime back-up procedures in the event that any Club Millesime equipment malfunctions.
在索菲特會所設施設備出故障時,要熟知備份的工作程序。
26、Is thoroughly familiar with all Emergency Procedures as specified by hotel.
十分熟悉酒店所有的應急工作程序。
27、Is conversant with the Club Millesime procedures, conducts training of new staff when necessary.

28、Is conversant with all Accor Loyalty Program, Frequent Flyer programs and benefits.

29、 Briefs next shift Supervisor/Captain on outstanding issues requiring further attention.
向下一班的主管/領班交接未完成的事宜和需要注意的事情。
30、 Assumes other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
完成前廳部經(jīng)理分配的其它工作。
31、Provide services and information to guests that are the most accurate and up to date possible, and delivered to the guest in the most meaningful way.
通過最恰當?shù)耐緩剑M可能向客人提供最優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務和最新、最準確的信息。
32、Maintains a very good reputation for the Hotel and assists to increase the overall profitability of the Hotel.
