1、Development of all budgets, forecasts and schedules inline with the hotel business plan.

4、Interviews, selects, trains, appraise, coaches,counsels and disciplines departmental employees/managers according to companystandards.
按照公司標準面試、篩選、培訓、評估、指導、心理咨詢及處分等。
5、Ensures guest and employee satisfaction, whilemaintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.

6、Be an inspiration to all hotel staff to achieve luxurylevels of performance.
