Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requestspromptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughouttheir stay.
對于客人入住登記、住店和離店過程中提出的要求做出迅速快速和禮貌的回應(yīng)。
Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges areaccurate and posted on a timely basis.
維護(hù)相關(guān)賬戶并保證所有的賬單都準(zhǔn)確并按時地入到對應(yīng)的賬戶。
Maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash, accountingprocedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality.
維護(hù)嚴(yán)格的信用卡和現(xiàn)金的安全程序,財務(wù)程序,分發(fā)房間鑰匙的程序并確保客戶信息的保密性。
Assist, as required calls for reservations.? Ensure accurate, up todate information is given.
按照要求幫助客人預(yù)定房間。保證準(zhǔn)確并且信息的及時與完整。
Follow policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental ServiceStandards / Procedures Manual.
遵守部門服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、程序手冊和溫德姆政策規(guī)定的品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
任職要求
Relevant working experience in the same position.

Basic English communication skills are required.
