PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)
With proper telephone etiquette, answer all incoming calls within 3 rings with a smiling tone of voice
使用恰當(dāng)?shù)碾娫挾Y儀,以微笑的態(tài)度在3聲鈴響前接聽電話
Handle all faxes and email in regards to reservations and reply in a timely manner
處理所有與預(yù)訂有關(guān)的傳真和電子郵件,并適時回復(fù)
Accepts reservations according to the room situation and availability
根據(jù)客房情況和是否可用接受預(yù)訂
Know the product well including facilities, packages, promotions daily events and activities.
充分了解酒店產(chǎn)品包括:酒店設(shè)施,套餐,每日促銷活動
Carry out further duties as and when required or assigned by Reservations Supervisor
在需要時履行其他預(yù)訂主管要求的職責(zé)
REQUIREMENTS 職位要求
1.Experience 經(jīng)驗
Relevant hotel experience is preferable
相關(guān)酒店工作經(jīng)驗為宜
2.Job Skill / Knowledge 工作技能 / 知識
Familiar with reservations tasks
Dynamic team players
Outgoing personality
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge in SEP system is preferable
3.Computer Knowledge 電腦知識
Knowledge of MS office software
4.Language Proficiency 語言能力
Good written & spoken in English
