崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)
· Comply with all Hotel, Langham Hotels International standards, policies and procedures.
依從朗廷國(guó)際集團(tuán)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),規(guī)章和程序。
· Demonstrate and awareness and compliance of Health and Safety policies in the workplace.
在工作場(chǎng)所要意識(shí),并依從健康及安全的政策。
· Complete assigned jobs, working systematically, according to run sheets.
根據(jù)班次要有系統(tǒng)的完成分配的任務(wù)。
· Pick up function rooms between back to back functions at the direction of Shift leaders.
在當(dāng)班領(lǐng)班的指示下確保功能室的干凈
· Spot clean spillage’s throughout the public areas of the hotel when required.
在必要時(shí),局部清潔酒店公共區(qū)域的污物。
· Clean and or pick up rooms as requested by the Manager or supervisor on duty.
按經(jīng)理或當(dāng)班主管的要求清潔或整理房間。
· Respond IMMEDIATELY to guest requests.
對(duì)客人的需求要及時(shí)回復(fù)。
REQUIREMENTS 職位要求
Experience 經(jīng)驗(yàn)
· Two year working experience, preferably in hotel industry
