崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)

1.??? To work as directed from their supervisors.

完成主管交辦的工作。

2.??? Make sure that food is tasty, attempting presented, fresh, correct portioned and safe.

確保食物美味可口,秀色可餐,新鮮,分配合理,安全衛(wèi)生。

3.??? Live stations or coffee breaks set up are fully ready, 15 minutes before Banquet Event Order Time.

宴會開始前15分鐘確保現(xiàn)場制作臺和茶歇臺的準備一切就緒。

4.??? All day dining live station food is delivered 15 minutes before opening Cachet. All a la carte food is prepared a la minute.

凱旋餐廳營業(yè)開始前15分鐘確保材料已送達制作臺。所有點餐的材料現(xiàn)場準備和制作。

5.??? Check the mise en place and make sure is according to forecasted level of business, fresh, portioned and correctly stored according to HACCP guidelines.

6.??? Wash hands before entering the kitchen or returning to work station.

REQUIREMENTS 職位要求

1. Education 教育學(xué)歷

?Diploma from a recognized institute or specific trained for a specific task

持有由認證機構(gòu)頒發(fā)的文憑或經(jīng)過專業(yè)培訓(xùn)者優(yōu)先考慮

2. Experience 經(jīng)驗

?1.5 - 2 year working experience, preferably in hotel industry

具有一年半到兩年的工作經(jīng)驗,有在酒店工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先。

3. Job Skill / Knowledge 工作技能 / 知識

?Food and Beverage culinary experience

具有餐飲經(jīng)驗

Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards

具有食品加工及衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準知識

4. Computer Knowledge 電腦知識

Knowledge of MS office software

能操作微軟辦公軟件


5. Language Proficiency 語言能力
