崗位職責/職位描述

· Supervision of Room Attendants.
管理客房服務員的工作。
· Liaise with Housekeeping Coordinator to implement daily requests and action any new requests from Langham Touch throughout the day.
與客房部協調員溝通聯絡以便對任何一個客人通過總機提出的新要求作相關回應。
· Attend to the delivery of special amenities according to the guest preference states in the profile.

· Liaise with other departments on behalf of the guest and follow up to ensure all requests have been actioned to the guest’s satisfaction.

· Maintain the cleanliness of the working stations.

· Reporting of maintenance, via the phone or on a request docket.

· Undertake daily room checks of all VIP guest rooms, Long Staying Guests, non-self checking Room Attendants and spot checks of Room Attendants who are self checking when it applies.

· Report accidents and damages promptly to the Housekeeping Coordinator. Ensure the required paperwork is completed immediately.

· Explain and promote hotel facilities and services whenever possible.

Ensure that all colleagues comply with the grooming and uniform Standards

Take personal responsibility to all the floor master keys are used under control and conduct spot check on regular basis.

· Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.

REQUIREMENTS 職位要求

Education 教育學歷
Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in Hotel Management
酒店管理證書、文憑、學位

Experience 經驗
Three years related working experience in hotel, at least 1 year in similar capacity.
三年相關的酒店工作經驗,至少一年相關職位經驗
