PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責
· Assist the Restaurant Manager in being responsible for the restaurant area,
ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of
the hotel.
協助餐廳經理負責整個餐廳,保證餐廳營運順暢,使酒店的運營處在一個收益的框架上。
· Assist in maintaining the overall welfare of our colleagues by
providing them with the training and resources to take care of our
guests.
協助餐廳經理保障所有同事的福利,培訓和資源,只有這樣同事才能照顧好我們的客人。
· Assist to achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits
through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.
協助餐廳經理通過增加更多的收益和有效率的開支來完成預算目標以保持最大化利潤。
· Work with the?Restaurant Manager to be responsible for the monthly department Profit & Loss Statement.
協助餐廳經理每月召開部門會議陳述餐廳收益和未完成的指標。

Operations營運
· Assist in the preparation of the yearly department budget by using
history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget
that reflects the achievable capabilities.
參考歷史紀錄和客房率預測,協助餐廳經理制定一份可行的部門年度指標。
· Assist in accurately forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
協助餐廳經理正確的預計商業需求已確保最有效率的人員配備和食物生產。
· Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Langham’s policy and procedure.
認識和實施所有朗廷酒店的政策和程序.
· Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
定期的復習和更新標準以確保運營。
· Be responsible for maintaining restaurant safety and sanitation standards at all times.
時刻保持出口的安全和衛生設備的標準。
· Enforce sanitation checklist by having all Restaurant's inspected on a monthly basis.
嚴格執行衛生設備檢查,所有部門每月檢查一次。
· Be responsible for assist management of all Restaurant 's property and facilities.
協助上級保管好部門所有的財產和設備。
· Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
每月進行一次餐廳設備的保修和維護。
· Above all, to lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our colleagues.
綜上所述,要以身作則,為同事樹立起良好的榜樣,激勵同事的工作熱情。

Human Resources人力資源
· Develop and implement management training plans for subordinate
managers & supervisors on a quarterly basis in conjunction with
Human Rescore Department.
與人力資源部合作,為下屬經理和主管制定管理培訓計劃并及時實施。
· Be responsible for the execution of all colleague performance reviews in a professional and timely manner.
以專業的工作精神和眼光,審核同事的工作成績。
·? Be responsible for all aspects of colleague management including
hiring, discipline in conjunction with the Director of F &
B/Manager.
與餐飲部經理和總監一起負責招聘同事,貫徹酒店規章制度。
· Conduct an
effective monthly colleague meeting with minutes and P&A forwarded
to the GM, F & B and Human Rescore Department.
完成一份有效的同事會議記錄,并轉抄給總經理,餐飲總監和人力資源部。
· Practice “open door” policy to all colleagues.
對每位同事實行開放式政策。
· All details regulatory framework refer to colleague Handbook.
所有規章制度請參照員工手冊。

Administrative行政管理
· Be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the restaurant.
負責餐廳的財務和賬單的處理。
· Be responsible for the accurate supervision of the colleague time
control and payroll systems by working with Accounting and Human
Resource Department
精確管理好每位同事的加班時間和考勤,按時交給財務部和人力資源
· Periodically plan outside colleagues activity to promote teamwork.
定期的計劃同事外出,促進團隊合作精神。
· Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.
積極的建立跨部門的溝通與合作關系。
· Respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.
詢問和關注客人的需求,在24小時內以適當的方式去完成。

Marketing市場營銷

· Develop & execute plans and actions for the marketing of the T'ang Court.
協助發展和完成銷售計劃,擴大部門的市場占有率。
· Be aware of competitors in the market & complete a competition analysis on a quarterly basis.
每個季度要熟悉競爭者的市場并加以分析。
· Be aware of accident prevention and help enforce safe working conditions. Zero accidents are our goal.
了解事故預防并加強工作安全,目標是零事故
· Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.
執行任何管理層委托的工作。

REQUIREMENTS 職位要求
四年餐廳工作經驗和至少有一年以上的餐廳管理/主管經驗。
