職位：Assistant Chief Concierge 副禮賓司
崗位職責/職位描述
The Assistant ChiefConcierge is responsible for overseeing the operations of the following areas
and positions - Concierge, Bell Captain, Doormen, Bellmen and Valet Parking.
The Assistant Chief Concierge must empower these teams to create memorable
experiences for the hotel guests by delivering genuine service with poise. The
Assistant Chief Concierge must drive the key metrics, enable training and coaching
to achieve GSI, CSI,
KPI and financial targets.
副禮賓司的工作職責為監督以下區域和崗位的日常運作：禮賓柜臺，行李主管，門童，行李員和待客泊車員。副禮賓司必須授權于這些團隊提供真誠的服務從而為賓客創造印象深刻的體驗。副禮賓司必須發展其工作重點，加強培訓，指導并達到服務相關營運指標以及財務目標。
