The SectionLeader’s main function is to promoteand ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop andmaintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on colleague satisfactionand delivery of prompt, courteous service. The captain is accountable for sales andprofit in his/her area.

PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責
· Assume responsibilityof daily operations in assigned outlet to ensure a smooth running, profitableoperation within the framework of the hotel.

· Actively support theQuality Improvement Process.

· Openand close shift in accordance with the manager checklist.

· Train,maintain and enforce all Langham service standards in the outlet.

REQUIREMENTS 職位要求
Education 教育學歷
Minimum Vocational School
至少為專業學校畢業。
Experience 經驗
Minimum 2 years restaurant operations experience.
至少兩年餐廳工作經驗。
