崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
The cachet supervisor’s main function is to promote andensure guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop andmaintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on colleague satisfactionand delivery of prompt, courteous service. The supervisor is accountable forsales and profit in his/her area. In the absence of the manager and Assistant Manager, play the role of departmentleader, fully assume the responsibilities of the manager and Assistant Manager
凱旋主管的主要職能是通過他/她的能力來建立和維護(hù)一個(gè)強(qiáng)大的團(tuán)隊(duì),重視提升同事的滿意度,提供積極、禮貌的服務(wù)等來提升和確保客戶滿意度。同時(shí),主管須負(fù)責(zé)自己管理區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售和利潤。在經(jīng)理與副經(jīng)理不在的情況下,起到部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用,全面擔(dān)起經(jīng)理副經(jīng)理職責(zé)。
PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)
· Assume responsibility of daily operations inassigned outlet to ensure a smooth running, profitable operation within theframework of the hotel.
負(fù)責(zé)餐廳日常的營運(yùn),保證餐廳營運(yùn)順暢,使酒店的運(yùn)營處在一個(gè)收益的框架上。
· Actively support the Quality Improvement Process.
積極改進(jìn)服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
· Assist in working toward positive financialresults.
積極協(xié)助上級,完成良好的收益。
· Assist in ensuring that scheduling functions areperformed accurately and on a timely basis.
協(xié)助確保每個(gè)時(shí)間段的工作準(zhǔn)確地完成。
· Assist in maintaining a highly motivated andwell-trained staff.
協(xié)助上級培訓(xùn)一個(gè)高度熱情和訓(xùn)練有素的同事。
OPERATIONS運(yùn)營
· Open and close shift in accordance with themanager checklist.
遵照上級的安排表來開始和結(jié)束一天的營運(yùn)。
· Initiate aggressive guest interaction throughseeking and soliciting feedback from guests.
與客人進(jìn)行積極的互動(dòng)和交流,征求他/她們的反饋意見。
· Train, maintain and enforce all Langham servicestandards in the outlet.
在餐廳中,培訓(xùn)、維持和執(zhí)行所有朗廷酒店的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
· Enforce the Langham standardized drink recipe andpresentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality beverage to our guests inaccordance with the Bar Guide.
執(zhí)行朗廷酒店規(guī)范的飲料配方,以確保給客人提供的飲料具有一貫的品質(zhì)。
· Properly execute revenue and check controlprocedures on shift.

· Handle daily colleague relations (i.e. scheduling,time adjustments).

· Maintain a safe & sanitary work environmentfor all colleague & guests.

· Gather and implement all proper tools for runningshifts (i.e. schedules, rotation plans, reservations, and checks).

· Find solutions for problems such as call outs,last minute bookings, or any other daily problems that may arise.

· Be on the floor during the shift and assistservers or hostess to ensure guests are satisfied.

· Ensure that only a quality product is served.

· Ensure all side work is done on a daily basis.

· Manage an effective repair and maintenance programthrough the use of work orders, inspections, etc.

· Understand & teach empowerment principles toensure guest satisfaction.

· Exercise station rotation to ensure stations aredistributed fairly.

· Above all, to lead by example through a “hands on”approach to motivate our colleagues to excel.

REQUIREMENTS 職位要求
Education 教育學(xué)歷
· Minimum Vocational School
至少為專業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)。
Experience 經(jīng)驗(yàn)
· Minimum 3 years restaurant operations experience,at least 1 year supervisors experience.
三年餐廳工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和至少有一年以上的餐廳主管經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
