Scope of Position 職能范圍
To assist HRM in providing a professional and caring personnel service to all management and colleague and ensure day to day personnel activities are achieved.
協(xié)助人力資源經(jīng)理,為所有管理層和員工提供專業(yè)貼心的人事服務(wù),確保完成日常人事活動(dòng)。
1. Major?responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
Advise, propose and recommend systems and?procedures to enhance performance and teamwork and ensuring a harmonious colleague relation's climate
為提高業(yè)績(jī)及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作提議和推薦系統(tǒng)、程序,確保和諧的員工關(guān)系氛圍。
Ensure all the policies and procedures are in line with current
Hotel guidelines and local and government legislation
確保所有政策程序符合酒店當(dāng)前的指導(dǎo)方針及政府和當(dāng)?shù)氐姆ㄒ?guī)。
Ensure the recruitment advertisements on newspapers and websites and
media are timely and accurate
確保招聘廣告及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地刊登在報(bào)紙、網(wǎng)站和媒體上
Responsible for first interview for manager level, supervisory
level and general staff level
負(fù)責(zé)經(jīng)理級(jí)、主管級(jí)和一般員工的首輪面試
Check and ensure all personnel requisitions are within Hotel manning
budget and report to HRM for any special cases
核對(duì)并確保所有人事需求控制在酒店人力預(yù)算之內(nèi),遇特殊案例報(bào)人力資源經(jīng)理
Assist in preparation of HR monthly reports
協(xié)助制作人力資源部月度報(bào)告
Responsible for supervise Monthly Trainee Gathering
負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)管每月實(shí)習(xí)生會(huì)議
Responsible for the annual trainee recruitment plan and also maintain the good
relationships with all colleges / trainee agencies as well
負(fù)責(zé)指定年度實(shí)習(xí)生招聘計(jì)劃,并和所有學(xué)校/實(shí)習(xí)生中介維持良好的合作關(guān)系
Responsible for all recruitment related contract renew and payment process (local recruitment
website / trainee management fee, ect)
負(fù)責(zé)所有招聘相關(guān)的合同年度續(xù)簽和付款事宜(本地招聘網(wǎng)站/實(shí)習(xí)生管理費(fèi)等)
Responsible for the arrangement and related matters of the hotel dormitory.
負(fù)責(zé)酒店員工宿舍的所有安排和相關(guān)事宜
Responsible for the planning and conducting of the CONNECT
Activities
負(fù)責(zé)計(jì)劃和組織酒店CONNECT活動(dòng)
Conduct exit interview for supervisory level and below
與主管級(jí)及以下員工進(jìn)行離職面談
Conduct HR related surveys such as salary and benefits competitor surveys
進(jìn)行與人力資源相關(guān)的調(diào)查,如競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手工資福利調(diào)查
Make recommendations on hiring, promotion, increments and
termination of subordinates
為員工的聘用、晉升、加薪和辭退提供建議
Counsel and motivate subordinates in work related matters
在工作中指導(dǎo)和激勵(lì)下屬員工
Assist in preparation & action of HR activities.
協(xié)助人力資源部員工活動(dòng)的準(zhǔn)備及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行工作?????
Perform any duties as assigned by the management deemed necessary.

1.Education 教育程度
Diploma/Certificate / Bachelor in Human Resources / Hotel Management
discipline is preferred
人力資源或酒店管理專業(yè)證書(shū)或文憑學(xué)歷優(yōu)先
2.Experience 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
At least 5-8 years in Human Resources field with 3years in supervisory role
至少5-8年人事領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中3年主管級(jí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.Experience in service industry, preferably in hotel industry
服務(wù)業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),酒店行業(yè)優(yōu)先
4.Job Skill / Knowledge 職業(yè)技能/知識(shí)
Thorough knowledge of local labour law and procedures
熟悉本地勞動(dòng)法及相關(guān)程序
5.Good communication skills
良好的溝通技巧
6.Good connection with local government officials
與當(dāng)?shù)卣賳T關(guān)系良好
7.Knowledge of HRMIS system
熟悉人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng)
8.Basic training skills
基本的培訓(xùn)技能
9.Experience in handling labour union
處理工會(huì)關(guān)系的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
10.Computer Knowledge 電腦知識(shí)
Computer literate to basic MS software能夠操作基本的辦公自動(dòng)化軟件
11.Language Proficiency 語(yǔ)言能力
Fluent in English and Mandarin 中英文流利
