?The Langham Club Agent is responsible for the daily food and beverage service in the club lounge. The Waiter duties also include the general presentation and service of the club lounge and ensuring the Club guests stay exceeds expectation. This position is also required to deliver concierge style information and service as required. The Langham Club Agent must deliver customer service with poise based on the hotels standards and procedures.
