The Bellman is responsible for the safe and efficient transfer and storage of hotel guests luggage, delivery of messages and other tasks as required by the Bell Captain. The Bellmen must deliver service with poise and respond to guest requests efficiently and effectively following the department standards and procedures so they exceed the guest’s expectation. The Bellmen must complete all tasks by closing the job in the FCS system. The Bellmen must support the key metrics to achieve GSI, CSI, KPI and financial targets.
行李員的職責(zé)為向酒店賓客提供安全迅速的行李運(yùn)送及寄存服務(wù),投遞信息以及來(lái)自行李主管的其他任務(wù)。行李員必須提供自信的服務(wù)并依照酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和程序給予賓客有效回復(fù)從而超越他們的期望。行李員必須完成FCS系統(tǒng)中分派的工作。行李員必須維持工作重點(diǎn)從而達(dá)到GSI,CSI,KPI及財(cái)務(wù)目標(biāo).
Work alongside guest contact colleagues ensuring the delivery of on brand guest service with poise.
與對(duì)客同事緊密合作確保向賓客提供符合品牌要求的服務(wù)體驗(yàn).
Execute job tasks according to the pre-defined standards & procedures, brand standards and in compliance with the company employment handbook.
根據(jù)擬定的規(guī)定條例以及公司同事手冊(cè)執(zhí)行其職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)的工作。
