We create accessible retreats from the hectic city lifestyle; a place to regain balance and restore oneself through closeness to nature. We are pioneers in sustainable nature retreats and give guests unique and rewarding personal experiences in stunning natural environments.

naked Retreats is a fast growing company that offers an exciting career. We currently employ over six hundred staff between our headquarter office in Shanghai and resorts. As a hotel management company, the majority of our positions are at the resorts in the guest services sector. However, we also have exciting positions in our Shanghai headquarters in development, sales, marketing and communications, human resources, finance, legal, interior/architectural design and other hospitality related sectors.
