    Position:Sr. /Sales Manager -?Greater Bay Area

    Base:Greater Bay Area 珠三角區(qū)域)

    工作職責(zé):

    • 洞悉整體市場行情,包括競品優(yōu)劣勢、市場供需情況等,挖掘業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會,完成個人營收指標(biāo)。
    • 協(xié)助制定裸心度假產(chǎn)品的促銷價格及營銷策略,最大化銷售業(yè)績;運(yùn)用商務(wù)談判技巧與創(chuàng)意銷售能力促成業(yè)務(wù)成交、完成合同洽談。
    • 通過多渠道提升裸心度假及裸心品牌的的市場知名度。
    • 負(fù)責(zé)為企業(yè)客戶發(fā)送通用報價單及定制行程方案;跟進(jìn)已預(yù)訂業(yè)務(wù)的落地運(yùn)營支持工作,包括方案制作、合同擬定、客戶日常對接往來。
    • 代表裸心度假出席宣講會、行業(yè)會議及社交拓展活動,提升品牌曝光度、挖掘潛在客戶,拓展業(yè)務(wù)版圖;負(fù)責(zé)企業(yè)客戶資料庫的月度更新維護(hù)。
    • 通過制定銷售計劃、主動陌拜開發(fā)等積極開拓手段,為企業(yè)團(tuán)建及會務(wù)活動挖掘潛在客戶;建立、維護(hù)并深耕企業(yè)客戶關(guān)系。
    • 配合公司服務(wù)體系與客戶關(guān)系戰(zhàn)略,在全流程客戶服務(wù)中提供高品質(zhì)服務(wù),提升客戶忠誠度;嚴(yán)格遵循裸心服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及日常服務(wù)規(guī)范,提供優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶服務(wù)。
    • 主動與客戶溝通互動,收集產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)及服務(wù)體驗相關(guān)反饋。
    • 深度挖掘客戶需求,為客戶推薦適配的產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)方案,滿足并超越客戶預(yù)期;同時建立長期客情,培養(yǎng)客戶品牌忠誠度。
    • 維護(hù)并深化新老客戶關(guān)系,促成后續(xù)復(fù)購預(yù)訂;維護(hù)及拓展與內(nèi)外部核心合作方、利益相關(guān)方的合作關(guān)系。


    Responsibilities:

    ·????????Understand the overall market including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, supply and demand etc. and identify business to achieve personal revenue goals.?

    ·????????Help to determine promotional price and strategy to maximize sales outcome for naked Retreats, also using negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.

    ·????????Increase market awareness through different channels for naked Retreats for?Greater Bay Area?.

    ·????????Responsible for sending generic quotations and tailor-made itineraries for corporate groups. Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).

    ·????????Attend presentation, meeting and networking events to represent naked Retreats and generate exposure and leads in order to expand business development portfolio and responsible for monthly updating of the corporate database.

    ·????????Actively generate leads for corporate events through proactive and aggressive sales actions such as sales plans and cold calls etc as well as build, maintain and manage relationships with corporate guests.

    ·????????Support the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Provide excellent customer service consistent with the daily service basics of naked standard.

    ·????????Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.?

    ·????????Serve the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to the company.

    ·????????Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.


    任職要求:?


    • 本科及以上學(xué)歷,商務(wù)、酒店管理、市場營銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
    • 精通英語及普通話,具備優(yōu)秀的口頭及書面溝通與談判能力。
    • 具備解決問題的思維與前瞻性思考能力。
    • 工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),注重細(xì)節(jié),并關(guān)注結(jié)果導(dǎo)向。
    • 能夠獨(dú)立開展工作,具備積極主動、遇事敢擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)墓ぷ鲬B(tài)度。
    • 認(rèn)同并熱愛自然保護(hù)、生態(tài)旅游及可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念者優(yōu)先。
    • 擁有3-4 年及以上酒店服務(wù)業(yè)或相關(guān)銷售行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗。
    • 熟練掌握計算機(jī)辦公操作技能。
    • 大灣區(qū)奢華品牌或高端度假村品牌工作經(jīng)驗有限考慮。
    • 具有良好的自我驅(qū)動和業(yè)績導(dǎo)向。

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor degree or above, majored in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or other related disciplines.

    - Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal & written communication and negotiation skills.
    - Possess strong problem-solving mindset and forward-thinking capability.
    - Diligent, detail-oriented and result-driven in daily work.
    - Able to work independently with proactive initiative and strong sense of responsibility.
    - Candidates who recognize and embrace the concepts of nature conservation, eco-tourism and sustainable development are preferred.
    - Solid working experience of 3-4 years or above in hotel industry or relevant sales sectors.
    - Proficient in common office computer software and office operations.
    - Prior working experience in luxury hotel brands or high-end resorts within the Greater Bay Area is highly preferred.
    - Self-motivated and strongly performance-oriented.
