崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
- Monitor guest service Agent to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition to all IHG RC members, VIPs and repeat guests,? and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.
- 從客人到達(dá)至離開整個(gè)在住酒店期間，通過為優(yōu)悅會會員，貴賓和酒店常客提供個(gè)性化服務(wù)，盡量讓客人滿意。
- Monitor guest service Agent to ensure IHG Rewards Club members consistently receive all benefits, repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service.
- 監(jiān)督行政俱樂部員工工作，確保優(yōu)悅會會員能獲得利益，回頭客及貴賓都能受到特別的關(guān)注。
- Review arrival lists for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities, and special requests.
- 查看當(dāng)日所有將抵達(dá)的客人及貴賓清單，查看房間分配情況，房間內(nèi)設(shè)施，及客人特殊要求。
- Ensure smooth and efficient R&B service in the Club Lounge.
- 確保給麗晶俱樂部的客人提供高效熟練的餐飲服務(wù)。
- Keep regular communication with kitchen to ensure quality of food and beverages.
- 與廚房保持溝通以確保餐食質(zhì)量。
- Coordinate with kitchen and HSKP that all guests’ preferences and requests are fulfilled.
- 及時(shí)將客人的喜好和要求通知到廚房和客房部，履行我們的承諾。
