主要工作職責(zé)（包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容）：
清潔房間，確保酒店所指定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。負(fù)責(zé)報(bào)告任何有關(guān)維修維護(hù)的情況和客人的要求和投訴給領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。確保酒店所有客房的保密性和安全性。

THE TEAM

You will be part of the Housekeeping Team, a dedicated group responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation across our guest rooms. This role reports directly to the Floor Manager and works closely with fellow Room Attendants, Team Leader, and the wider Rooms Division to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

YOUR ROLE
?
As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and refined environment for our guests. Through meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of service, you ensure every guest room reflects Rosewood’s commitment to luxury, comfort, and care. Your work directly contributes to guest satisfaction, safety, and the overall reputation of Rosewood Hotel Group.
Key stakeholders you will interact with include guests, the Floor Manager, Floor Team Leader, and Engineering associates.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

-?Clean and maintain guest rooms according to assigned priorities and Rosewood standards of cleanliness and presentation?
-?Use approved cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures in line with SOPs and safety guidelines?
-?Ensure bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, and in-room amenities are thoroughly cleaned, replenished, and correctly arranged?
-?Inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report promptly to the supervisor?
-?Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests while maintaining privacy and confidentiality?
-?Accurately update room status and ensure the security of assigned guest room keys

-??You work well independently while also being a supportive team player?
-??You have at least one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury or international brand hotel
