崗位職責/職位描述
Job?Summary
This position is responsible for all aspects of Spa and Fitness Centre & pool operation. This position requires a pro-active, creative and result driven person. He/ She provides direction and leadership to the Spa and Fitness Centre team to maximize revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction levels by executing effective administration of the department, implementing Rosewood service standards, planning a variety of resources (financial and human) and ensures the appropriate allocation and utilization of resources to achieve the department’s key result areas and objectives.
Experience
Solid experience in SPA and Fitness operations including more than 2 years as manager in sound Hotel brand or independent SPA. Fluent Mandarin and English speaking is a must.
