THE TEAM

As part of the Food & Beverage team, the Team Leader – Outlet plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This position works closely with the Assistant Manager – Outlet and leads a team of Captains and Waiters/Waitresses, ensuring seamless daily operations, strong teamwork, and consistently high service standards within the outlet.

YOUR ROLE

As Team Leader – Outlet, you are a hands-on leader on the floor, responsible for bringing Rosewood’s service philosophy to life. You will supervise daily outlet operations, inspire and develop your team, and ensure every guest interaction is thoughtful, personalized, and memorable. Working closely with your manager and collaborating with other departments, you will contribute directly to guest satisfaction, team engagement, and the overall success of the Food & Beverage operation.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

- Deliver personalized, attentive service and actively anticipate guest needs to create memorable dining experiences.

- Lead, coach, and train associates on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.

- Ensure all service sequences, order-taking procedures, and outlet standards are consistently followed.

- Oversee daily opening and closing duties, cleanliness, and overall outlet readiness.

- Support revenue growth by promoting menu items, achieving sales targets, and communicating daily specials.

- Maintain effective communication, teamwork, and coordination with internal departments.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

- You have at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.

- You are a natural team player with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- You take pride in delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high service standards.

- You are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle challenges with professionalism and discretion.

- You are comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

- You have good working knowledge of food, beverage, service operations, and basic computer systems.
