Job Summary
The role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all engineering-related construction, renovation, maintenance, and technical operations within hotel. Their role ensures that all engineering projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and brand standards—ultimately supporting operational efficiency and enhancing guest experience.
工程項目經理主要負責統籌酒店工程相關的建設、改造、維修及技術管理工作，確保工程項目按期、高質量、合規地完成。他們在整個項目周期中承擔計劃、執行、監督、溝通與驗收的關鍵職責，以保障酒店設施安全運行并提升賓客體驗。

Experience
Solid experience in Engineering Management / Projects in Hotel or related field is a must, including more than 5 years as manager in-charging certain capacity Engineering Team / projects, with related certifications.
?必須具備酒店或相關領域的工程管理/項目管理的扎實經驗，并擁有至少5年以上管理經驗，負責一定規模的工程團隊或項目，且具備相關專業資質證書。
