崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

主要工作職責(zé)(包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容):
負(fù)責(zé)保持行政酒廊的平穩(wěn)正常運(yùn)營(yíng),確保所有客人的需求得到滿足,保持酒廊的清潔,補(bǔ)充食品和飲料,提供必要的食品和飲料供應(yīng)和其他項(xiàng)目日常運(yùn)營(yíng)所必需的。
完成首席管家安排的其它工作。

任職資格:
1. 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷為佳。
2.?熟練的中英文書(shū)寫(xiě)和口語(yǔ)能力。
3. 良好的人際交往和溝通能力。
4. 能夠獨(dú)立工作和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作。

經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:

有前臺(tái)實(shí)習(xí)或工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),可以使用Opera系統(tǒng)。

THE TEAM

You will be part of the Manor Club team, the heart of our personalized luxury experience for VIP guests. Working closely with the?Chief Butler?and fellow associates, the team is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, intuitive, and seamless service within the Manor Club and related guest touchpoints.

YOUR ROLE

As a Manor Club Guest Services Associate, you play a key role in creating memorable, refined, and highly personalized experiences for our Manor Club guests. You will support the daily operations of the Manor Club, engage directly with guests during their arrival, stay, and departure, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure every detail meets Rosewood’s service standards. Your contribution directly enhances guest satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall success of the hotel.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE?

-?Deliver exceptional, personalized service to Manor Club guests throughout their stay, including check-in and check-out experiences

-?Welcome, assist, and engage guests proactively, ensuring their preferences and needs are recognized and fulfilled

-?Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution in collaboration with the Manor Club leadership

-?Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure VIP, long-stay, and special-request rooms are prepared to standard

-?Maintain accurate guest history records and ensure compliance with local PSB registration requirements

-?Support Manor Club?lounge operations, including food and beverage service, lounge presentation, and meeting or event assistance

COULD THIS BE YOU?

-?You hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, college, or hotel school

-?You are passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering meaningful guest experiences

-?You communicate confidently and professionally in both Mandarin and English, verbally and in writing

-?You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaboratively within a team

-?You are comfortable using hotel systems and applications such as Microsoft Office and Opera PMS

-?You are goal-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and self-development
