崗位職責/職位描述
主要工作職責（包括但不限于以下內容）：
1.?負責被分配樓層及房間的檢查，報修等工作。提供高效，友好的服務。確保酒店客房始終保持整潔。
2.?掌握完整的部門知識，并遵守部門所有的政策、服務程序和標準。
3.?確保所有的新員工都能得到正確的培訓并監督其是否在工作中得到正確的運用并根據酒店要求做好培訓記錄，存檔。

任職資格：
1.?具有高等教育水平，普通話熟練，有英語聽說讀寫技能為佳。
2.?具有樓層主管工作經驗，熟知工作內容。
3.?熟知電腦操作及辦公軟件應用。
4.?良好的人際交往能力，具有親合力。
5.?良好的口頭及書面溝通能力。

經驗要求：
1年以上相關工作經驗。

THE TEAM

As part of the Housekeeping Department, the Floor Team Leader plays a vital role in delivering Rosewood’s uncompromising standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service.
This position reports directly to the Assistant Floor Manager?and works closely with Room Attendants and cross-functional teams to ensure guest rooms and floor operations run seamlessly.

YOUR ROLE
?
As Floor Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring guest rooms are maintained in immaculate condition while fostering a positive, motivated, and well-trained housekeeping team.
Your leadership directly impacts guest satisfaction, brand standards, and the overall guest experience. By coordinating daily operations, training team members, and collaborating with Engineering and other departments, you help bring Rosewood’s commitment to thoughtful, refined hospitality to life.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

-? ? ??Supervise, support, and motivate Room Attendants to deliver seamless daily operations?

-? ? ??Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with the Engineering team?
-? ? ??Train new and existing team members, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards?
