崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
主要工作職責(zé)(包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容):
在水療中心經(jīng)理的管理并且在授命于瑰麗酒店管理集團(tuán)和當(dāng)?shù)卣吲c程序下,?在健身中心相關(guān)區(qū)域及時(shí)友好并且高效禮貌的服務(wù)于每個(gè)客人。確保客戶關(guān)系滿意度可以達(dá)到每個(gè)客人的要求,保證每個(gè)來(lái)到水療中心和健身中心的客人都能夠體驗(yàn)到貼心周到的服務(wù)。負(fù)責(zé)水療中心前臺(tái)區(qū)域的工作,其中包括向客人問(wèn)候,接聽(tīng)電話,協(xié)助客人關(guān)于水療中心的一切服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品,預(yù)定理療項(xiàng)目,登記進(jìn)入的客人并且在電腦系統(tǒng)里對(duì)客人所消費(fèi)的項(xiàng)目收費(fèi)。

任職資格:
1.?大專或以上學(xué)歷。
2.?熟悉健身和水療知識(shí)。
3.?高效的跨部門(mén)溝通能力。
4.?熟練的中英文書(shū)寫(xiě)和口語(yǔ)能力。
5.?處理客人投訴的能力。

經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:
1年以上健身中心前臺(tái)或水療前臺(tái)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

THE TEAM

Sense Spa is a sanctuary of wellbeing, offering intuitive, personalized experiences across spa, fitness, and pool facilities. The team is dedicated to delivering warm, refined, and seamless guest journeys while upholding Rosewood’s Brand and LQA standards.
This role is part of the Spa leadership team and reports directly to the SPA Manager, working closely with Spa Hosts, Spa Public Area Attendants, and cross-functional hotel partners to ensure exceptional service delivery.

YOUR ROLE
?
As SPA Host Team Leader, you play a key role in shaping the guest experience from arrival to departure. You will lead the Spa Reception team, ensuring flawless daily operations, personalized guest interactions, and consistent adherence to Rosewood standards.
Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction, team performance, and the overall success of Sense Spa by creating a welcoming environment, supporting revenue growth, and fostering a culture of intuitive service and professionalism.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

-? ?Lead and oversee daily Spa Reception operations, ensuring seamless opening, closing, and appointment management
-? ?Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm, personalized service across spa, fitness, and pool facilities
-? ?Supervise, coach, and train Spa Host associates to uphold Brand, LQA, and SOP standards at all times
-? ?Support the SPA Manager with administration, payroll coordination, inventory control, and performance reviews
-? ?Actively promote spa, fitness, and retail offerings to enhance guest engagement and departmental revenue
-? ?Act as a key point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues professionally and escalating when needed

-? ?You have at least 1 year of experience in a Spa or Fitness Reception role within a five-star or luxury hotel environment
-? ?You bring strong knowledge of spa, fitness, and guest service operations
-? ?You communicate confidently across departments and build positive relationships with guests and colleagues
-? ?You are service-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling guest inquiries and complaints
-? ?You are goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading by example
-? ?You have good English communication skills and are confident using reservation and spa management systems
