崗位職責/職位描述
1. 根據客人要求，將行李、餐食、洗滌物品等送至客房，確?？腿说男枨蟮玫郊皶r滿足
Responsible for delivering items requested by guests to their rooms on time, ensuring that guests’ needs are met promptly.
2. 進行房間巡查，確保客房設備設施正常運行，如電視、空調等。
Conduct room inspections to ensure that room facilities and equipment are functioning properly, such as televisions, air conditioning, etc.
3. 處理客人的問詢和需求，并提供相關信息和指引服務。
Handle guests’ inquiries and needs, and provide relevant information and guidance services.
4. 保持客房部的整潔和有序，隨時準備好滿足客人的需求。
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the room division, always ready to meet guests’ needs.
5. 協助其他部門完成客房清潔，如收取客房廢品和床上用品。
Assist other departments in completing room cleaning, such as collecting room waste and bedding.
6.?確保一切清潔、服務、開夜床的程序嚴格遵守。
Ensure proper procedures incleaning, servicing, turning down beds are strictly followed.
